Jenny is a Senior Lecturer in sports science at the University of Canterbury who started playing croquet 17 years ago whilst studying for a DPhil at Oxford University. She was the 2010 Australian Open Champion, the 2012 Women’s World Champion and has won association croquet titles all over the world including the Swiss Open 2007, and the NZ and British Women’s and Mixed doubles twice. Jenny also won the 2007, 2014 and 2015 NZ Open Doubles title with husband Chris Clarke.
Jenny was captain of the NZ Trans Tasman teams in 2009 and 2010 and is now the first NZ female player to Captain a MacRobertson Shield Team. In 2016, Jenny became the first person (alongside husband Chris) to win both WCF World Team Championships when NZ beat Egypt to win the Openshaw Trophy to add to her 2014 win in the MacRobertson Shield.

Jenny lives in Christchurch and enjoys playing golf and exploring Burwood plantation with her two dogs, Rosey a golden Labrador and Holly, a Dalmatian.
